1. Custom Cut-to-Length Orders
Panels and trims are cut to your exact lengths, so they’re final sale. After you pay online, we review your cut list with you (we call or text if anything needs confirming) before cutting.
Sheet lengths entered with inches are billed at the next whole linear foot per sheet. Please verify panel profile, gauge, finish, color, quantities, and cut lengths before completing checkout.
2. Pricing, Discounts & Payment
- All prices on flsheetmetal.com are listed in US Dollars (USD) and verified server-side at checkout.
- Automatic volume discounts apply to eligible retail panel and material orders at checkout (aluminum items are capped at a maximum 5% discount). Volume discounts do not stack with negotiated or contractor pricing.
- Online card checkout includes a 3% credit card processing fee calculated on the order subtotal (including applicable delivery charges).
3. Pickup & Delivery
Florida delivery is $290 total ($195 delivery + $95 fuel), or $230 for Tuff Rib-only orders, and free on orders over $5,000. ZIP codes starting with 325 (Western Panhandle, including Pensacola) are quoted by phone. Pickup in Tampa is free.
Cut-to-length orders are typically ready in 1–2 business days. For job-site deliveries, the customer or contractor is responsible for providing safe, clear truck access and unloading assistance as needed.
4. Returns & Refunds
Because panels and trim are custom cut or bent to order, they are final sale and non-returnable once production begins. Unopened, unused fastener bags and boxes may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
5. Building Codes, Permits & Approvals
Calculators, guides, and estimates on this website are provided for planning convenience only. The property owner, licensed contractor, or engineer of record is responsible for verifying roof dimensions, wind-zone requirements, substrate/decking compliance, fastener patterns, and local building department permit rules under the Florida Building Code.
