Return & Refund Policy
Short version: panels and trim are made to your order and can't be returned. Unopened fasteners can.
Metal panels and trim: final sale
Every panel is cut to the length you order and every piece of trim and flashing is bent to your specs. Because they are made for your job, metal panels, trim, flashing and ridge caps cannot be returned or refunded.
Please double-check lengths, quantities, gauge and color before you order. If you're unsure, call us and we'll go over your cut list with you.
Fasteners: returnable if unopened
You can return unopened, unused fasteners (screws and rivets) in their original sealed bag or box within 30 days of pickup or delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Bring them to our Tampa location at 7001 Causeway Blvd, Tampa, FL 33619, or call to arrange a return.
- Opened bags, loose screws and used fasteners can't be accepted.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method. Delivery fees are not refunded.
Everything else
Sealants, tapes, closures, vents, tools, safety equipment and other accessories are final sale.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, call us right away, before installing it, and send photos. We'll make it right.
